Team of Use

1. Eligibility
Our studio is designed for children aged 0 to 12 and their caregivers. Please check the age guidelines for each class and ensure that your child participates in an appropriate session.
 

2. Safety & Supervision
Children who are not yet in elementary school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. For elementary school classes, children may attend on their own, but we kindly ask that caregivers pick up their children on time.

3. Clothing & Belongings
Our activities involve materials like paint, water, and soil, which may stain clothing. Please dress your child accordingly and bring a change of clothes and towel if needed. We cannot be held responsible for any stains or damage to clothing.
 

4. Allergies & Use of Materials
Some of our sensory and art activities may involve food-based materials such as flour and oats. Families are also allowed to bring snacks and baby food. For this reason, we may not be able to fully accommodate children with severe food allergies (e.g. to wheat or eggs). If you have any concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us in advance.
 

5. Reservations & Cancellations
Please notify us of any schedule changes or cancellations by the day before via LINE or email. While we don’t charge cancellation fees, repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a restriction on future bookings.
 

6. Photography & Social Media
We may take photos of your child’s activities and artwork to share on our social media or website. If you prefer not to have your child featured, please let us know in advance.
 

7. Usage Restrictions
Use of the studio may be restricted in the following cases:
・If prohibited behavior described in section 8 is repeated
・If we determine that safe operation of the studio is compromised
 

8. Prohibited Behavior in the Studio
・Violent or aggressive behavior toward other children or adults
・Excessively disruptive conduct
・Intentional damage to studio property or equipment
 

9. Service Suspension
We may cancel or reschedule studio services without notice due to unforeseen circumstances such as earthquakes, typhoons, illness, or public health concerns. We are not responsible for any loss or inconvenience that may result.
 

10. Disclaimer (Injuries or Accidents)
Please note that minor injuries (e.g. scrapes, bruises) or accidents (e.g. swallowing small objects) may occur during play. We are not liable for any accidents or incidents unless caused by gross negligence. In the event of a medical situation, we will contact the caregiver and administer basic first aid if necessary.
